Nannyfy is a marketplace that connects families with nannies who have been previously vetted and offer temporary and ongoing services. All of the nannies have worked in education and are experienced in working with children.
BlaBla is an online education platform that connects worldwide native English speakers with Chinese young adults (typically aged between 12-35) through online videos. Unlike traditional online tutoring, BlaBla empowers teachers (native English speakers) to create engaging video content for users to learn at their own pace online. The company's mission is to foster a more accessible, lifelike, and fun educational experience for both teachers and learners.

Stewart founded Amplify back in 2011 from an acting background, believing that if you unlocked people’s voices you would unlock their story and their businesses would thrive. To date he has coached over 7000 people, having Microsoft, Google, PWC, KPMG, Dow Jones, Hitachi, o2, BASF, Barclays and Virgin amongst his clients. He has helped 500 Startups to raise over a billion dollars in Seed funding and Series A - Z.
Cristina has been the Marketing and Brand Director at Telefonica de España since 2018. Previously, she was Marketing Director at Canal + and has worked in other large companies such as Procter & Gamble, EL País or Coty, always focused on the areas of marketing and communication. She has been a startup mentor at Wayra since 2016.
Before joining FreeNow in 2019, Jaime led another mobility reference, BlaBlaCar, for more than 5 years. Together with his team, he made it one of the most recognized brands in Spain, exceeding 5 million users in our country. Jaime is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he has been linked to technological entrepreneurship since the beginning of his career.
Uri Gonda has been Entrepreneur in Residence coaching all Wayra startups in the UK since 2015. He has 20 years of experience in technology, and in the past 7 years has coached +1,100 entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs creating over $650M in business value, accelerating outcomes and supporting founders with customer development, go-to-market strategy, positioning, pitchcraft, product leadership and growth metrics.
Clara Lapiedra is a strategic consultant, MBA from ESADE and PDG from IESE, in addition to having lived and studied an entrepreneurship program at Babson College in the US and Italy. Business Angel since 2011 and founder of the Wompreneur community for female entrepreneurs, has currently launched Aula Magna Business School, with a 20-week program for female executives who want to train in management skills based on the case method.
Nacho is very passionate about marketing and entrepreneurship. He has been developing projects for more than a decade, both personal and professional, working with many different companies. He is currently Growth Manage in Ironhack, a data analytics and UX Design School in Madrid and founder of Spanish Startups, a community that connects the members of the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Victor is a consultant and advisor to startups, as well as a founding partner of Alteo. His work at KPMG gave him extensive experience in auditing. He then moved into venture capital, where he has been working with successful startups for the last 7 years. He has advised more than 100 startups, working first at Antai Venture Builder before starting his own company, Alteo, a financial consultancy for startups and investors.
Nico is an associate professor in Visual Storytelling at IE Business School. He has lived and worked in more than 20 countries, conducting high-level interviews with politicians and businesspeople. He has transferred his wealth of experience in storytelling to a more visual sphere, creating two startups related to this area (one of them with Wayra!). He now works as a visual storytelling mentor with numerous startups, as well as giving talks about presenting and narrating stories and advising leaders and speakers on effective communication.
Helena studied Law but quickly realized that her strengths lay in direct contact with people. She is now a presenter, event animator, moderator and interviewer. She has worked in many different countries, interviewing public figures around the world. She has also founded two startups, discovering her true talent with audiences in the process. Since then, she has worked at numerous events, conferences, fairs and companies, including Telefónica, Google, South Summit, TED and Bankia. Fun fact: she interviewed Hillary Clinton in Russia.
Roland is a strategy consultant for digital companies as well as providing interim CFO services. He has worked with clients like Hemav, Tappx, Protopixel, Bayer, Parallel, Paymefy or Hooptap and he is a resident mentor at WAYRA and IQS. Roland holds a doctorate degree in Financial Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in addition to an undergraduate degree in telecommunications engineering and computer science. He teaches financial economics at University Pompeu Fabra and is a frequent public speaker, giving workshops about entrepreneurial strategy. Recently, he started to specialise on pricing strategy for digital products and is working on publishing a book on the topic.
Franc was selected by the newspaper Expansión as one of the 50 leading experts in digital transformation in Spain. He teaches Digital Marketing at ESADE and is a co-founder of Mamis Digitales and a mentor on Google’s Launchpad program. With more than 150,000 followers on social media, he is viewed as one of the most influential experts in the country and his opinions are often quoted in the mainstream economic media.
With a global perspective acquired during his work in China and the USA, Jorge has co-founded, scaled up and even sold startups in areas such as B2C marketplaces, e-commerce, software as a service, advertising, mobile applications, virtual reality and deep tech companies based on technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Jorge graduated in Industrial Engineering at UPC and completed an MBA at ESADE. He teaches General Management and Strategy at ESADE Business School, as well as leading the Insurtech program.
In her work as a digital marketing freelancer, Sonia has designed e-commerce pages, websites, Instagram, Facebook and PPC Google Ads campaigns, as well as launching her own jewelry brand and helping other brands to make it on marketplaces. She has also been working on a digital acceleration program with Google.
